The Kingsbury Ensemble is one of the Midwest’s premier professional early music groups. Formed in 1999 under the artistic direction of Maryse Carlin. The Kingsbury Ensemble is renowned for the scope of its offerings, having presented everything from sonata recitals to concerts employing full Baroque orchestra with dancers and singers in costume with music going from Bach to Bluegrass.

This summer, the Ensemble inaugurated a series of 12 free outdoor concerts in Compton Heights neighborhood that provided live music in a safe environment for audience and musicians, and featured a variety of talented players from St Louis and the region. Tower Grove Park in conjunction with Bayer Fund is pleased to host this prestigious group for our Fall Children’s Music Concert Series.
