Qigong

Qigong, pronounced “chee-gong,” is an ancient Chinese practice of cultivating vital life force energy (Qi) to bring body, mind, and spirit into health, harmony, and balance through the use of slow, deliberate movements and postures. Workshop instructed by the St. Louis Qigong Community.

Spring Qigong in the Park runs every Saturday from 3/20 to 6/19 at the West End Picnic Site.

  • Walk-in set up

  • Bring water and place to practice (yoga mat, towel, chair).

  • Participants must mask up while not in their practice space. Once set in practice space, participant may remove mask.

  • Participants must maintain proper physical spacing of 6+ ft.
