Yoga in the Park (CANCELED)
July 12
Roman Pavilion in Tower Grove Park
Due to clean-up of storm damage, this week’s Yoga in the Park session has been canceled.
Sara Shabany is a local emergency/trauma nurse and TGPS resident who finds balance from the hustle and bustle by sharing the practice of yoga. Sara’s yoga classes are accented using ancient sound healing methods to promote a deeper level of relaxation. This offering will include very easy stretching and a guided meditation prior to a long sound bath with singing bowls and gong. You can expect to experience a slow paced, accessible, and restorative class accompanied by the beautiful acoustics of the Roman Pavilion surrounded by the trees of Tower Grove Park.
