Laughter Yoga is an international practice, founded by a medical doctor, to encourage people to laugh for the health of it! Certified leader Emma Klues guides you through giggles and guffaws to get you breathing, clapping, and laughing. People of all ages and abilities are welcome - you just need yourself and an open mind. You get mind and body benefits even if you're fake laughing, so give it a whirl! There are laughter clubs all over the world because it is so good for us - visit www.laughteryoga.org to learn more. It's a chance to get out of your head, cultivate joy and a sense of play, and a perfect way to take in some fresh air to start your day.
This free meetup is every Friday morning from 8:30-9:15 am at the Roman Pavilion. Bring water and a mat or towel for the relaxation at the end. We maintain 6-feet of social distancing and we bring masks just in case anyone prefers us to mask.
