Yoga in the Park will be canceled on Monday, October 16. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Join us for yoga in the park at the Roman Pavilion! You can expect a "come as you are" safe space for this Yoga class. This class will incorporate a guided meditation, simple beginner style yoga with options to modify poses to your personal practice level, followed by a soothing sound bath during savasana, accompanied by the acoustics of the Roman Pavillion and the serene nature sounds of Tower Grove Park.

Class is offered at no charge, but a suggested donation of $10 per session is welcome.

Please wear comfortable clothing and be sure to bring a yoga mat, bolster, pillow, and blanket if weather requires. You will be mostly on the ground for the duration of the session but please note if you are unable to reach the floor, poses will be modifiable for those who chose to bring a chair.
