Black History Month Tree Dedication Ceremony

In celebration of Black History Month and continuance of a 33-year history, Tower Grove Park will host local students for a tree planting and dedication ceremony. The 1st and 2nd grade class of Shenandoah Elementary School will honor Tina Turner, a Sumner High School graduate and legend.

Students will share prepared writings at the tree dedication ceremony at 9:20am on Friday, February 24 near the Stupp Center. Park patrons are invited to attend this free community event.
