Volunteers Needed

We are seeking volunteers to help make this event a success! Volunteer opportunities are available at set up, registration, on-course stations, and event clean up. Please contact LLewy@towergrovepark.org if you would like to volunteer.

Entry fee

Early Bird Rates (Available Through November 15)

  • Early Bird 5k Ticket- $35

  • Early Bird Fun Run- $15

Non-Member Rates (Beginning November 16)

  • 5K Ticket- $45 fee

  • Fun Run Ticket- $20 fee

Member Rates (Beginning November 16)

  • 5K Ticket- $35 fee

  • Fun Run Ticket- $15 fee

Start/Finish Location: The Humboldt South Pavilion 4144 Main Drive. (The race begins at 10:30 am).

Registration starts at 9:30 am.

All participants will receive

  •     Complimentary Tower Grove Park Frosted 5K Merchandise (Merchandise not guaranteed for registrations following November 15)

  •    Access to the Frosted 5K Finish Line Party, which will include:

    • Hot Cocoa Station

    • Holiday Photo Op

    • Festive Holiday Music & Good Cheer 

    • Frosted Pop-Up Bar located at Piper Palm House

    • Frosted Holiday Market located at the Music Stand Loop

    • Participants over 21 years of age will receive a complimentary beer sponsored and provided by 4 Hands Brewing Company
