Tower Trot 5K

November 1–7, 2020

Tower Trot 5K in support of Tower Grove Park was virtual this year. The event raised over $10,000, which was immediately put toward maintenance and operations of our beautiful park. Thank you to everyone who participated in the biggest 5K for Tower Grove Park yet!

Since participants raced independently for the virtual run, they were encouraged to share their time via email. Here are the final race results for Tower Trot 5K 2020!

The race takes place Nov. 1–7. You can run (or walk) on your own time and anywhere you choose. Explore our interactive map to see park paths perfect for running or walking.

Submit your time
If you want to submit your time, email us with a screenshot of your time on the running app you use. The final registrants' names and times will be posted when the race is complete.
